1. The PCD/PCBN blank is of flat surface and high quality.
2. The C-scanner uses a high precision nondestructive test. It is used to test the combination firmness of the PCD/PCBN layer and the tungsten carbide layer, the internal structure of the PCD/PCBN and the thickness of the PCD/PCBN layer.
3. With good processing capacity, we can process 1500 to 2000 pieces of Φ76 PCD blank every week. Our capacity can be increased according to the demand of market. Our processing scope covers PCD/PCBN blank, PDC, CVD diamond and tungsten carbide.

The PCD/PCBN blank is used to make PCD/PCBN cutting tools.
